 Abstract
This paper presents the legal regime governing the right of the employer to fire someone without assigning the blame to the employee, which means ending the work contract, situation caused by the annulment of the employee's work place, brought about by the economical problems, the technological development or the reorganization of the activity.

 Rezumat
Prezentul articol prezintă regimul juridic ce guvernează dreptul angajatorului de a concedia un salariat pentru motive care nu țin de persoana acestuia, ceea ce implică desființarea locului de muncă ocupat de salariat, din cauza problemelor economice, dezvoltării tehnice sau reorganizării activității.
