 Abstract
The law legislation obliges the employees to maintain the order and the discipline at their workplace. Through signing the work contract, the employee is bounded to obey the discipline imposed at his workplace, thus being created a specific subordination between the employer and his employee.

 Rezumat
Legislația muncii obligă salariații să mențină ordinea și disciplina la locul de muncă. Prin semnarea contractului de muncă, salariatul este obligat să respecte regulile de disciplină impuse la locul de muncă, acest aspect constituind una dintre caracteristicile relației de subordonare a salariatului față de angajator.
