 Abstract
Cumulating the incomes from pensions with the incomes obtained from salaries (wages) is a problem of great interest for all the law professionals, especially in a period of crise. Even if the topic does not belong to the field of labour law, I tried to present the reglementation (legal regime) of civil conventions (section 1) and its financial application (section 3), concluding that the dilemma of permitting/forbidding the cumulation of incomes from two sources (salaries and pensions) can be avoided (section 4).
