 Abstract
The study aims to argue in favour of the compatibility between the educational ideal and the postmodern philosophy. At the same time, the study supports the necessity of the educational ideal in the classroom, even if the pupils and reality are postmodern. Beyond theoretical arguments, the study also uses data from a practical-aplicative research.

 Rezumat
Studiul şi propune să argumenteze n favoarea compatibilităţii dintre idealul educaţional şi filosofia postmodernă. n acelaşi timp, studiul susţine necesitatea prezenţei idealului educaţional n sala de clasă, chiar dacă elevii şi realitatea sunt postmoderne. Dincolo de argumente teoretice, studiul utilizează şi date ale unei cercetări practic-aplicative.
