 Abstract
The success of the personalized intervention programs for children with special educational needs in inclusive schools depends on the involvement and cooperation of all actors responsible for their upbringing and education. Thus, the inclusive school is addressed to individualities, but while providing learning solutions for collaboration and cooperation, as an area of practical experience and interpersonal relationships.
In this context, the present investigation aims to shape an objective representation of the relationship between teachers from inclusive schools in Ploiesti and parents of children with special educational needs, peripatetic teachers, special education professionals to find ways to reduce the distance between inclusive theory and practice.

 Rezumat
Reuşita programelor de intervenţie individualizate pentru elevii cu cerinţe educative speciale din şcolile incluzive depinde de implicarea şi colaborarea tuturor actorilor responsabili de creşterea şi educarea lor. Astfel, şcoala incluzivă se adresează individualităţilor, dar oferă în acelaşi timp soluţiile colaborării şi cooperării pentru învăţare, fiind un teritoriu al experienţelor practice şi al relaţiilor interumane.
În acest context, microcercetarea de faţă îşi propune să contureze o reprezentare obiectivă a relaţiilor dintre cadrele didactice din şcolile incluzive ale municipiului Ploieşti şi părinţii copiilor cu cerinţe educative speciale, profesorii itineranţi, specialiştii din învăţământul special în vederea identificării unor soluţii care să diminueze distanţa dintre teoria şi practica incluzivă.
