 Abstract
The conflicts of rights are those conflicts which regard the exertion of certain rights or the accomplishment of some duties stipulated through laws or other kind of normative documents, through collective or individual work contracts, conflicts regarding the employees' rights. In the Romanian legal system, after 1990, along with the transition to the new market economy, there appeared the need to regulate the work conflicts.

 Rezumat
Conflictele de drepturi sunt acele conflicte ce au ca obiect exercitarea unor drepturi sau îndeplinirea unor obligaţii decurgând din legi sau din alte acte normative, precum şi din contracte colective de muncă sau contracte îndividuale de muncă, conflicte referitoare la drepturile salariaţilor. În sistemul legislativ român, după anul 1990, odată cu trecerea la economia de piaţă, a apărut necesitatea reglementării conflictelor de muncă.
