 Abstract
The speedy development of present science and technology, amplifying the knowledge in all the activity domains are pressure factors for making changes in the structural organization of the companies, in their management, in the structure and the quality of the human resources and also in the management of these resources.

 Rezumat
Progresul rapid al ştiinţei şi tehnicii contemporane, amplificarea cunoştinţelor în toate domeniile de activitate sunt factori de presiune pentru schimbări în organizarea structurală a firmelor şi în managementul acestora, în structura şi calitatea resurselor umane, precum şi în managementul acestor resurse.
