 Abstract
An individual labor agreements a agreement based on which a natural entity, called employee, undertakes to perform work for and under the authority of an employer, who is a natural or legal entity, in return for a remuneration, called wages.
The individual labor agreement must encompass the following elements: the parts of the contract; its object, the duration of the contract, the work place, the work type, the job duties, work conditions, work durations, leave, remuneration, the specific rights regarding work security and health, the parts' rights and obligations, clauses, and final dispositions.
Among the most important clauses of the individual labor agreement there are the ones that refer to the rights and obligations of the two parts - the employee and the employer.
Regarding the most important clauses within the individual labor agreement, I will refer to them in the following article.

 Rezumat
Contractul individual de muncă este contractul în temeiul căruia o persoană fizică, denumită salariat, se obligă să presteze munca pentru şi sub autoritatea unui angajator, persoană fizică sau juridică, în schimbul unei remuneraţii denumite salariu.
Contractul individual de muncă, trebuie să cuprindă în mod obligatoriu următoarele elemente: părţile contractului, obiectul său, durata contractului, locul de muncă, felul muncii, atribuţiile postului, condiţiile de muncă, durata muncii, concediul, salarizarea, drepturi specific legate de sănătatea şi securitatea în muncă, drepturi şi obligaţii ale părţilor, clauze şi dispoziţii finale.
În ceea ce priveşte cele mai importante clauze cuprinse în contractual individual de muncă, voi face referire în articolul prezentat.
