 Abstract
The drilling works-extraction represents significant share of assembly-disassembly installations, machines, equipments. In this context, the paper presents a technological process modelling of assembly of drive shaft assembly of rotary table by using Microsoft Project. It highlights, in this way, a number of advantages of work: mounting operations, planning (activities) in the conditions of constraints (time, budget, etc.), rapidly developing work scenarios, the ranking of montage operations, facilities related to establishing technical rules on operations and settlements, resource allocation, cost calculation, the typing montage processes etc.


 Rezumat
În lucrările de foraj-extracție o pondere importantă o reprezintă montajul-demontajul instalațiilor, utilajelor, echipamentelor. În acest context, lucrarea prezintă modelarea procesului tehnologic de montaj a ansamblului arborelui de antrenare a mesei rotative, utilizând Microsoft Project. Se evidențiază, în acest mod, o serie de avantaje de lucru:planificarea operațiilor de montaj (activităţilor) în condiţiile unor constrângeri (timp, buget etc.), elaborarea rapidă a scenariilor de lucru, ierarhizarea operațiilor de montaj, facilități referitoare la stabilirea normei tehnice de timp pe operații și pe așezări, repartizarea resurselor, calcului costurilor, tipizarea proceselor de montaj etc.
