 Abstract
This article presents a new technology that brings together the advantages of the Windows operating system with all hardware devices such as sensors, electric motors, LEDs, but also the newest data storage: databases and cloud. The developed application will expose the huge advantages offered by the Windows IoT Core and the Raspberry Pi 3. This setup has implemented features never achieved with standard setup Raspian OS - Raspberry PI or Windows 10 - PC. The goal of this article is to highlight the application portability and the reduced dimension of the hardware device. The application developed and presented in this article implements features that until now were not possible, such as speech recognition, communication with external devices (sensors), multimedia facilities, data encryption and data storage.

 Rezumat
Acest articol prezintă o nouă tehnologie care aduce împreună avantajele sistemului de operare Windows împreună cu dispozitive hardware precum senzori, motoare electrice, LED-uri, dar și tehnologii noi pentru stocarea datelor, precum baze de date și tehnologia cloud. Aplicația dezvoltată pune în evidență avantajul major al utilizării sistemului de operare Windows Iot Core și a sistemului Raspberry Pi 3. Scopul acestui articol este de a implementa pe un dispozitiv cu resurse reduse o aplicație bazată pe controlul vocal. Această aplicație poate lua diferite decizii prin identificarea anumitor cuvinte cheie. Articolul pune în evidența o serie de factori care pot reduce gradul de interpretare vocală: zgomotul de fundal, tonalitatea vocii și complexitatea cuvântului.
