 Abstract
This paper work defines and describes the functioning mechanisms of affective learning, distinguishing it from the concept of ?emotional intelligence? promoted by H. Gardner and G. Azzopardi. The presentation of the working procedures / group work, shows not only the actions or activities carried on by participants but also the attitudes of those who learn in the group based on affective learning must show; these are ?affective interpersonal connecting principles?.
The application of the affective interpersonal interrelating principles leads to the practice of a specific moral: love moral.

 Rezumat
Articolul defineşte şi descrie mecanismele funcţionării învăţării afective. Ele se deosebesc de cele ale funcţionării inteligenţei emoţionale (H. Gardner şi G. Azzopardi). Expunerea procedurilor de lucru / de învăţare în grup relevă atitudinile pe care trebuie să le manifeste cei care învaţă în grupul bazat pe relaţii afective.
Aplicarea principiilor de relaţionare interpersonală de tip afectiv conduce la practicarea unei morale specifice: morala iubirii.
